Appeals Procedure
Any candidate may challenge a certification decision. The appeal is reviewed by a person different from the original decision-maker.
1. Grounds for appeal
Write a detailed and factual statement of grounds. The appeal must be filed within 30 days of the notification of the contested decision.
2. Filing the appeal
Log in to your candidate space and file your appeal from the “My Appeals” section. You may attach supporting documents by email.
3. Independent review
Your appeal is forwarded to an independent reviewer, different from the original decision-maker. Role separation is enforced by the system.
4. Decision and notification
You will be notified of the final decision within 30 working days. The appeal body’s decision is final and documented.
